The biggest challenge with Piquette's visual identity was to integrate both main functions, one is the wine shop and the other, a vinyl record shop.
I think that the final outcome was perfect because it combined both worlds of winery and music, the logo has this feeling and this vibe that reflects exactly what we had in mind.
We were really inspired working with Idan, as we told him Piquette's story and our aim, he listened quietly and asked a couple of questions, and shortly came up with three different ideas, and in only one quick iteration it was a bingo, there came the perfect logo to represent Piquette.
The business of culinary is a stressful one, and hooking up with Idan was very soothing and reassuring that everything in the process will turn out just fine, since day one we felt Idan as a calm, easy-going design leader with a clear sense of direction through the whole project.
